Hotspot 3 Prevent leakage and opening

Embraceable Packaging Star Award
Embraceable is an 11 "x8" black oval platter with a positioning ring at the bottom that holds standard 8-ounce paper food containers. This popular serving size is used in spicy compounds, soups, oatmeal, oat flour, and many other foods that often accompany the main course, sandwich, or salad. The transparent, fog-proof, breathable PP cover contains an integral sealing flange that forms a lid on the paper container while creating a leak-proof seal on the plate. This eliminates the need for paper container LIDS, saves energy and reduces the amount of packaging material used, thereby reducing the carbon footprint. It can also improve convenience for consumers, as meals can be carried in a single container instead of two.
Both the base and cover are suitable for heating food in hot lamps, direct heating of frozen food in microwaves, and a variety of cold and hot food situations. Rugged, cut-resistant black PP base withstands temperatures up to 230 ° C (110 ° C). Natural mineral additives are used in the base, and the amount of petroleum-based resin is reduced by 40%. The removal of extra LIDS from paper containers also shows an effort to protect the environment and reduce waste.

Simple and effective anti-demolition hinged packaging
The tamper-proof packaging LINDAR developed for its customers won the Gold Medal in the Food category of the SPE2019 Thermoformed Products Competition.
Customers presented LINDAR with some obvious challenges, requesting tamper-proof packaging for single-piece baked goods, mini bombs and desserts. Specific requirements include: automated production can be utilized, automatic application of labels, the design of packaging that can hold the product in place, and the result is the development of innovative Simply Secure, clearly tamper-proof articulated packaging that exceeds all customer requirements for this type of food packaging.
A simple, tamper-proof seal designed by LINDAR has been applied to this new articulated packaging design to ensure customers receive a high quality product.
Packaging creates a fresh-keeping seal when closed to keep the product fresh until the customer eats it.
The packaging design features a unique tapered closure from the hinge to the front opening piece to display mini bombs and dessert squares, and maximizes space efficiency to store and/or display more mini bombs and dessert squares in a smaller space.
The packaging is made of black/clear APET material that enhances the appearance of mini bombs and dessert square products and provides excellent freezing properties.
Each package is also designed to be labeled, which wraps from the hinged area above the package to the bottom of the package to accommodate USDA labeling requirements, while still allowing retailers to build a stable display when stacked.
Our Simply Secure tamper-proof packaging design supports automated design for nesting, placing, and closing Simply Secure caps.
The product is made from 0.015 inch (0.381mm) thick APET in a 10-cavity aluminum mold.
This black/clear Simply Secure tamper-proof packaging features a tapered lid, product fixation function and label placement stack, including sophisticated design features that protect and enhance the appearance of products in cost-effective packaging.
