Production process
1. Mold making and processing: according to the requirements or sample specifications, the blister mold is first made. Under normal conditions, the blister packaging mold is made of gypsum, but wood carving and metal carving products are also used as molds. After the plaster mold is made, it is allowed to dry completely or dry naturally, and then according to the specific conditions of product surface convexity and concavity, use 1-2mm drill flowers to drill many small holes in the low recess that does not affect the packaging appearance of the product. If it is a product such as a packaging box, some small holes must be drilled on the four peripheries so that air can be pumped out during blister production. After the holes are drilled in the mold, the gypsum mold must be hardened. The hardening treatment method is to soak in concentrated alum saturated solution and dry.
2: After the mold is completely dried, the mold is loaded into the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, and then the plastic sheet is loaded into the applicable specification size according to the size of the mold, then the sheet is placed into a heating wooden cabinet to make it completely fixed, and then the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet are placed on a thermostatic furnace for softening treatment.
3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in a vacuum chamber, start the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave packaging or process mold as the mold is obtained.
4: blister packaging finishing; The products produced are trimmed and sorted into finished products, which can be sold after packaging.
