The Kpeel film sealing system of KM Packaging Services, a leading packaging expert in Europe, has added a new innovative product to its range. This product is expected to be particularly favored by manufacturers and suppliers who supply products to the elderly and healthcare markets, as well as high-quality supermarket brands.
         High-performance new sealing film
The new solution (technical name KPeelWF1N) is a highly strong and impact-resistant sealing film with a thickness of 29 or 43 micrometers that can be double-baked. The new sealing material can seal CPET and aluminum foil, and is suitable for sealing trays with food stains. It can prevent cracking and sealing failures during transportation, thereby reducing food waste and loss.
In addition to ensuring that it does not break during cold peeling, the new film also helps with stress-free hot peeling, especially suitable for the elderly and those with weak constitutions, and is suitable for catering specifications and even family meals. Due to its excellent performance, this high-quality premium film is expected to reduce the number of damaged or spoiled products returned by consumers or retailers, and will help reduce the fines and reputation losses suffered by food manufacturers due to the use of inferior packaging.
Many catering companies still specify cardboard covers combined with corrugated foil trays for ready-to-eat foods. The latest product of KM Company has more functions, can support more diverse foods, and can be transported faster, without the risk of consumer "packaging rage".

Based on a completely new material specification,
Graham Holding, the business director of KM Company, explained: "This latest innovative technology is based on a completely new material specification, further expanding the extensive range of materials that KM has already used for sealing CPET and smooth-walled aluminum foil trays. We have successfully developed a film that can seal even under the presence of food stains, and it can be completely cleanly peeled off whether it is taken directly from the refrigerator or from the oven. This is a feature that we are very pleased to see."
Diet service providers and product suppliers catering to the elderly and the healthcare industry have developed hundreds of different types of food, each with its own unique properties and facing various challenges. We are confident that this newly developed product will not only attract more food processors (judging the quality based on the entire supply conditions), but also be attractive to manufacturers and catering providers who wish to offer more alternative food varieties with high-quality and convenient packaging to outperform their competitors.
