   challenge
More and more people are looking for healthy snack alternatives, and the demand for high-quality packaged fresh cut fruits has never been stronger. However, obtaining a suitable packaging solution is crucial. A failed container may turn beautiful, cut fruits into expensive chaos on the production line, distribution chain, or in an unsettling customer environment. As one of the largest fresh cut fruit suppliers in the United States, SimplyFreshFrit offers a wide range of products, cut on-site - from oranges to mangoes, melons, strawberries and grapes, pineapples, papayas, and more.

Simply FreshFruit initially used imported two-piece containers at prices acceptable to customers. They soon discovered that imported products were not performing well. It is not properly closed and difficult to fill, requiring more time for packaging, resulting in high labor costs.

EasyPak has developed a solution that focuses on easy to fill attributes and tamper proof to ensure accurate closure. The success of this project is based on the precise cooperation between both parties. EasyPak maintains a continuous relationship with customers - they propose concepts and EasyPak provides prototypes. Based on listening and responding to the Simply Fresh demand, EasyPak adjusted its design and implemented improvements.
