Placon has launched a new product as part of its HomeFresh "food storage packaging series". This series of containers serves the hot meal industry and features a modern and novel appearance along with powerful functions. The new containers are made of microwaveable polypropylene and can easily go from the store to the table without the need for repackaging. Ben Brummerhop, Placon's food storage sales manager, said: "In today's market, there is a high demand for freshly cooked, ready-to-eat food. The new HomeFresh Entree containers are convenient to use, powerful in function, and can provide complete meals, thus meeting the needs of end users."

Special designed stacking and locking structure
The new microwaveable containers have a unique modular stacking function, allowing products to be stacked in double layers or internally. Their size is appropriate for standard small and large packaging bags, and the containers will not slide or spill. Deep slots ensure that the lids can be securely closed with a click, while still being easy to open. Additionally, these containers can be reused and recycled, which is important to consumers.

Five fashionable stacking sizes ranging from 8 to 32 ounces are available. The sealable containers also come with various lids for selection, providing additional product diversity and a wider range of product choices. The heat-resistant polypropylene lids come in two sizes, with or without vent holes. The PET lids made of EcoStar post-consumer recycled PET can also be used for cold storage food.
