The Italian packaging company Valmatic specializes in manufacturing exquisite single-dose containers. Recently, Valmatic has developed the ideal packaging for Deisa Ebano Spa's new ZigZag Bite Care range by using multiple packaging lines.
The high-barrier Zig Zag packaging
The Zig Zag packaging developed by Valmatic for Deisa Ebano contains two strips of five 1 ml ampoules of product. The plastic film material used for the ZigZag care products adopts a multi-layer solution with EVOH (the oxygen barrier function can keep the product stable for a long time). Due to the pre-punched holes at the top, these practical ampoules are easy to open and use, even in places far from home. It is convenient and lightweight, and can be carried in a wallet for work, school, etc.
The Zig Zag box developed by Valmatic is equipped with an easy-to-hang Europa hole and also ensures an attractive appearance on the shelf. Deisa Ebano appreciates the functionality, precise dose control and aroma retention capability of Valmatic's thermoformed single-dose packaging. In this case, the packaging and the product jointly create a brand-new product.

With this technology, highly transparent products can be produced and hot filling is possible.
