Anchor Packaging has announced the launch of its latest product range, which features ergonomic design, reduces the use of petroleum-based materials, and achieves a high-end display effect with smooth, clean lines and wide viewing panels.
Anchor Packaging has launched its latest product line, "WAVE", available in 16, 24 and 32-ounce sizes. Like many other successful and award-winning Anchor products, they are branded with the MicroRaves trademark.
The containers are made from materials containing natural mineral additives, reducing the use of petroleum-based resins by 40%. The bases and polypropylene lids can be washed in the dishwasher without damage, allowing consumers to reuse them conveniently. The RPET flat and round lids are made from FDA-approved post-consumer recycled materials. All base and lid waste can be recycled.
The WAVE series 9”x6” containers are designed with smooth sides for easy use. The inside can hold a spoon, and the outside is a shiny black color, which attracts impulse buyers with its modern and fashionable design. The containers are made of durable and cut-resistant materials, and the new look is highly attractive for display.

Three leak-proof lids are suitable for each WAVE polypropylene base. The new PP and RPET round lids have a smooth and stylish appearance, and the wide rib-free panel allows for unobstructed viewing of the packaged food. The flat RPET lid also has a smooth surface and is the perfect choice for portion control and low-profile products.

The breathable polypropylene round lid features ClearGuard™ anti-fog technology to prevent condensation or "fogging" on the lid. This maximizes the sales opportunities for retailers' hot packaging products and eliminates takeout order errors for food service operators, while making hot food look fresh and appealing. The high-transparency RPET flat and round lids, combined with microwaveable bases, offer excellent food visibility, thereby increasing sales of refrigerated portable products.
Three bases and polypropylene lids can withstand a temperature of 110℃ in a heating device, under a heating lamp or in a microwave oven. When reheating in a microwave oven, there is no need to replate the chilled food.
Anchor Packaging's products include economical takeout packaging. They are used for selling ready-to-heat foods in supermarkets, as well as for takeout meals provided by restaurants and other food service institutions.
