Blister tray: also called plastic inner support, plastic hard sheet is made of plastic with specific grooves by plastic suction process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product.
Flocking inner tray: is a kind of blister tray made of special materials, which sticks a layer of velvet material on the surface of ordinary plastic hard sheet, so that the surface of the tray has a velvet feel, which is used to improve the grade of packaging products.
Antistatic tray: is a special material of the blister tray, the material surface resistance value is less than 10 of the 11 power ohms. Mainly used for electronic, it products blister tray.
Blister mold: the mold used in the production of plastic molding, the cost is plaster mold, followed by electroplating copper mold, the most expensive is aluminum mold. The mold is drilled with small holes for vacuum adsorption of the heated hard sheet to form a blister product.
